VTI provides 10 paid holidays per year, and paid vacation for its full-time employees at 10 working days per year for the first five years, increasing thereafter.

ATE Systems Engineer Job Description : We have an immediate opening for an ATE Systems Manager. As an ATE Systems Manager within our company, you will be an integral part of a multidisciplinary team focusing on next generation new product development and design. This role is responsible for leading the development of turnkey systems for automated functional test, data acquisition, and control using VTI Instruments hardware and software. This position will also assist with development of technical proposals, and provide logistical expertise to our business unit that focuses on complete turnkey system solutions for the automated/functional test market. Responsibilities will also include direct customer contact and travel. This position requires extreme versatility – the AE needs to quickly learn new concepts and technologies and should have a solid foundation in engineering that allows them to work with customers from many different industries and backgrounds (software, hardware, mechanical etc). At the same time the AE must have verbal/writing skills and a professional approach to communication is a must as this position requires direct interaction with customers on a daily basis, via phone or email. This position provides a deep level exposure that will help the candidate develop the skills necessary for an extremely successful career track.
